Todays vehicles have a lot of electronic modules in them. There is the ECM (engine control module) or PCM (powertrain control module), TCM (transmission control module), BCM (body control module), Air Bag module, ABS module, to name a few. All of these modules need to have the proper software to operate properly. Most of the time the software programing installed at the factory works just fine. However, sometimes a software update is needed to correct an operating issue or driveability concern with the vehicle. To update the software, a reflash is needed. We have the necessary pass thru device and other equipment needed to perform computer re-flashing.
